My stay at Glenlo Abbey Hotel was an lovely experience, truly exceeding my expectations. The accommodations were spacious and elegantly decorated, creating a luxurious atmosphere. although I did find the mattress a bit firm for my taste. Dining was really good, especially enjoying the hearty breakfast and good three-course dinner in the Oak Cellar bar. However, I did notice that the breakfast service felt a bit chaotic, given the limited seating for such a popular meal. Overall, the hotel's charm and stunning grounds made for a peaceful retreat, despite a few minor hiccups.

While the breakfast options were mostly great, I personally found the scrambled eggs a bit overcooked. However, the quality of the dining experience, especially in the Pullman restaurant, was simply really good.

My stay at Glenlo Abbey Hotel had highlights and low points. The stunning surroundings and cozy atmosphere made for a lovely experience, and the breakfast in the River Room was a definite treat. However, the room I had felt a bit tired and dated, and I was disappointed with the 'garden view' room that overlooked a parking lot. Overall, a mix of luxury and elements that could use improvement.
